HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. At the checkout page, you must fill in your personal information and select your favorite payment method. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can complete the order either as a registered customer or without registration. If you are a new customer and you want to register, you can click on the Register button to fill in your personal information. Your address will be inserted directly through registration in the order form.

WAS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

Once our warehouse processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. You may also set up an account on our site that will allow you to view your order status. If anything is unclear, please contact us.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL?

If you have not received your order confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order, please note that it can be due to one of the below reasons:

  • Incorrect email address: the email entered may be misspelled or incomplete.
  • Unsuccessful order: this usually happens due to unsuccessful payment.
  • High traffic on the website: during peak season, it can take up to 48 hours to receive your order confirmation email

HOW DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?

Look for the discount code space in your shopping cart. The discount will immediately be reflected in your payment total.

Please note that we accept only one discount per order.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.

Please be aware that credit card companies may charge additional costs, usually based on the purchase value (approximately one to two percent), for credit card purchases made abroad.

WHY DIDN’T MY PAYMENT GO THROUGH?

The details on the credit/debit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder as held by the issuer.

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment. In that case, we recommend you use another payment method.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Our usual delivery time is within 3-5 business days depending on the destination. Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, you will receive an email from our courier partner, containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date. Contact us at info@koenig74.com if you do not receive your order, and we will look into the situation.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT– WHAT DO I DO?

If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@koenig74.com. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as promptly as possible.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET – WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received your Tracking Number, we urge you to directly contact our courier partner in your local office; they will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery.

If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you, immediately.

FROM WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

All other orders to be delivered to Middle East countries are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai- UAE.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Please note that in some countries you may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied and paid once the package reaches the destination country.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 15 % of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse.

Only once the package has returned to our warehouse, will we be able to process the refund.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.

In this situation, we suggest you to contact us and cancel the incorrect order.

Thereafter, we recommend you to place a new order on our website, with the correct item(s), at your own convenience.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you wish to make a change in your delivery address in the same destination country, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.

In the event we are unable to process the address change directly on our system, usually, because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to make any modifications to the delivery address.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As an important part of our value chain, we offer a 14-day return policy. You will receive a full refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). Please note shipping fees will be applied to the exchange, according to the destination.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER?

You can exchange or return the order within 14 days of receiving it. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in mint condition with all original packaging and components. You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product.

Please note shipping fees will be applied to the exchange, according to the destination.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your return. Your refund will reach you approximately 3 to 5 days after that email.

If you have not received an email within two weeks of the date you shipped your return to us, please contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers so we can assist you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, our customer support team will notify you by email.

We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take several business days to complete. Please note that your refund may take up to 20 working days to reflect on your account.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

Our products are made according to the German high-quality standards of KÖNIG74. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, hands, date, stones settings on dial.

The warranty for a KÖNIG74 timepiece is valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

If the product is returned during the warranty period, KÖNIG74 will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.

KÖNIG74 does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that your watch was purchased from an authorized retailer, and that the warranty card has been appropriately filled. KÖNIG74 will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY?

The KÖNIG74 Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knock, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
  • Battery, crown, or crystal/glass.
  • Watches where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.
  • Water in the dial due to not following the precautionary measures of water related activities (not closing the crown, diving more than allowed, contact with high water pressure etc.).

KÖNIG74 does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that your watch was purchased from an authorized retailer, and that the warranty card has been appropriately filled and provided.

KÖNIG74 will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

HOW DO I GET MY KÖNIG74 WATCH REPAIRED?

If you purchased your timepiece from an authorized KÖNIG74 retailer, to obtain repair or replacement of your watch under its warranty, please contact the authorized KÖNIG74 retailer or service provider from where it was originally purchased.

If you purchased your timepiece from our website, please contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.

If you experience any damage to your watch, you can contact our customer service team. To ease and expedite the process, please include the following info when contacting us:

- A clear picture of the front and back of the affected item

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE ON YOUR WATCHES?

KÖNIG74 uses 316L low carbon grade of stainless steel which is extremely durable, has high level of corrosion resistance and is considered as anti-allergic. The steel gets its magnificent matte and mirror finishing thanks to brushed and polished techniques of fine watchmaking.

KÖNIG74 is using exceptionally high quality precious stones such as sapphires, rubies, emeralds, black and white diamonds. The strap consists with croco patterned genuine leather and stylish rubber straps.

The sleek surface of ceramic case and bezel offers a unique feel on the wrist which is not only scratch resistant but also heat-resistant and anti-allergic. This technique is being considered a highly time intensive manufacturing method which makes the ceramic so valuable.

ARE KÖNIG74 WATCHES WATER- RESISTANT?

KÖNIG74 watches have upto 200 meters of water resistance giving its owner the joy of diving. However, it is a must to follow the exact guideline of water related activities*:

*It is advisable to remove the watch with water related activities to keep the new fresh look of your timepiece for a long period of time. In this way you will also avoid damaging the strap and having color variations on gold/rose gold plated models due to contact with cosmetic products (shampoo, gel, creams, perfume, etc).

Kindly note that water damaged watches are not covered under the warranty.
